It was 8 years ago yesterday that Aimee and Tom got there last peaceful night of sleep. We wouldn't have it any other way! We started out by going to the Rainforest Cafe with friends and then Nick got to pick his birthday dinner. He loved every colorful second of it!

So Nick's favorite meal is pancakes and eggs. Of course we can't do plain pancakes so we add some color to them. However Nick thought it would be fun to have colored eggs also. You've never truly lived until you have eaten blue eggs!!!
